Rolling frequency:

How to use:

• 1. Clean hands and areas that need to be cured.

• 3. Rinse the drum with hot water.
• 4. Some skin care products should be used before use.
• 5. Use your other hand to tighten your skin and then roll before and after the area to be cured.
• 6. Roll 8 to 10 times in all directions.
