Based in the heart of Limerick City within the Colaiste Nano Nagle Secondary School, you can choose to enjoy either a 90-minute rock climbing session for two children, or a 2½-hour introduction to rock climbing for two adults. The kids' session - suitable for those aged 5 to 14 years old - provides a basic start to climbing with all the safety techniques, and of course the opportunity to get to grips with the wall. The introductory course for adults will see you get a full explanation of the equipment, a safety briefing and run down of rock climbing guides. Then it's on to warm up routines and climbing techniques, before buckling up and giving it a go! Feeling daring but a little dizzy? Don't worry, you'll be guided all the way by Nevsail's experienced and qualified instructors, who will give you ongoing tuition and encouragement. Go you!
