Lodge

Your all-inclusive stay includes food and drink for the duration of the stay - and with an array of refined European cuisine through to South African-influenced dishes on offer, we wouldn’t blame you for making the most of it! The chefs are happy to tailor to your tastes, so look forward to enjoying romantic breakfasts and candlelit dinners on your patio, sipping South African wines as you lounge by the lodge's 12-metre eternity pool, catching the sunset on the observation deck or warming your hands beside an open fire in the Boma… Bliss! If you do want to keep in touch with the outside world, there’s also free Wi-Fi throughout and international satellite TV in the lodge living room. And with the option to upgrade and include airport transfers** from Johannesburg too, you can kick start the fun even quicker!

Game Drives

When it comes to exploring, there’s a huge choice of excursions and activities every day, including two safaris every day around one of the most stunning nature spots in the world. Home to lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, hippos and crocodiles, as well as rare species such as the wild dog and the brown hyena, the reserve is paradise for wildlife enthusiasts!

Price is based on two people sharing a room, so you'll need to buy two vouchers.

Price includes transfers from Hoedspruit. Upgrade to include transfers from Johannesburg. For transfer options, booked flights must arrive at Johannesburg airport between 3am and 12pm.
The Johannesburg transfer times are fully flexible until 12pm for the last shuttle departure at 1pm. A chauffeur will personally welcome you at the Johannesburg airport and will drive you straight to the Moditlo Private Game Reserve where your safari holiday will begin. Just contact the merchant at least four days before your arrival to inform them of your flight times and airline.
If there is a flight delay, the chauffeur will wait, and the delay will not incur an extra charge.
If your flight arrives after 12pm, the merchant can advise you on how to find lodging for the night and we will be at your hotel first thing in the morning to pick you up.
The road transfer only takes 5-6 hours, so it is similar to the door-to-door time if you used the commercial flight option.
For Owners Apartment guests must be aged 10 years and over.
