During your six-day tour, you’ll visit Luang Prabang - an entire city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the bustling capital city, Vientianne. With the help of your English-speaking guides, you’ll be able to experience everything this charming country has to offer. Itinerary
Day One

After arriving at Luang Prabang International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your 4* or 5* hotel where you’ll stay overnight.

Day Two

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up and transferred to the local pier where you’ll board a long-tailed boat and travel down the Mekong River for two hours to visit the Pak Ou Caves. After the caves, you’ll visit Ban Xanghai to sample the traditional rice whiskey before enjoying a local lunch. Then it’s off to Ban Xangkhong, a village famed for its wood-paper making and intricate weaving, before discovering the beauty and cool waters of the Kuang Si Waterfall. You’ll stay overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day Three

You’ll have an early start today to watch or participate in the ‘giving alms’ ceremony. Luang Prabang is home to a large congregation of Monks who only eat what’s offered to them by the generous locals and visitors - this is truly an awe-inspiring and unforgettable experience. Then you’ll stroll through the morning market before returning to the hotel for breakfast. Once you’ve freshened up, it’s time to venture out for an all-day sightseeing tour around the city. You can look forward to seeing incredible temples, the former Royal Palace and more! You’ll stay overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day Four

Today you’ll leave Luang Prabang and take an eight-hour bus to Vientiane, or you can choose to upgrade to a short flight for only USD 125/pax. After arriving in Vientiane, you’ll be transferred to your hotel where you’ll stay overnight.

Day Five

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up for an all-day sightseeing tour of the ancient city. Vientiane, the capital, is filled with delights such as the religious museums of Wat Sisaket, Wat Ho Prakeo, That Luang Stupa and Laos’ Arc de Triomphe. You’ll stay overnight in Vientiane.

Day Six

After a relaxed morning and a refreshing breakfast, you’ll be transferred back to the airport for your scheduled departure.
