  • Valid for selected flights only on these dates; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
  • Outbound flights will be between 6.15am and 6.45pm. Inbound flights will be between 10.15am and 11pm.
  • We cannot be held responsible if the minimum time in destination is affected by flight delays or cancellations.

  • Transfers: Between 9am to 10pm Thursday or Friday: Airport – hotel. / Saturday, 8.30am: Hotel – Circuit – Hotel. / Sunday, 8.30am: Hotel – Circuit – Airport we will be at the airport at 06:00 p.m. / Monday, 10:00 a.m.
  • People who come on Thursday and Friday till 3pm, tickets will be delivered in the accreditation centre at the circuit. Friday: 8pm in the hotel, Saturday and Sunday in the accreditation centre.
  • Transfers: Meeting point, Barcelona El Prat airport, Terminal 2b Arrivals, where black horse sculpture Botero is. Clients have to go directly to the meeting point after landing. Maximum wait time 90 minutes.
