If you like, on day one you can have a fitness induction to introduce yourself to their Fitness Theatre - ideal to make sure you're feeling at ease and confident that you can make the most of your time in the gym. A high-qualified and experience Instructor will spend up to 30 minutes with you, showing you the fitness equipment and explaining their benefits. There's free weights, machine weights, battle ropes, kettle bells, cardio machines, treadmills, spin bikes, steppers, rowers and much more to test yourself on. The 25m, 6-lane pool is perfect to get some laps in, after which you can head to the relaxation zone to use the steam room or sauna.
