- In event of cancellation, customers will be contacted by email no later than 12-hours before departure.
- Customers may not bring alcohol onboard with them. Alcohol tokens must be purchased when buying your ticket. Tokens may be used to purchase alcohol while on board.
- Children under 15 aren’t permitted on the upper deck and must be accompanied by carer at all times.
- Please bring warm waterproof clothing.
- Only the lower deck is wheelchair friendly.
- Dogs aren’t permitted on the upper decks or on family cruises. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times and owners will be expected to clean up after them when required.
- Please arrive at the terminal 20-minutes prior to departure.
