History Hunters
Dig deep and uncover Dublin's past and piece together the jigsaw of our ancestor's lives through archaeology. Courtesy of the National Museum of Ireland this exhibition features genuine Viking and medieval artifacts, including skeletal remains of warriors and residents that were found in Dublin. Hear the language of old Dublin, explore the city's earliest maps, and discover the influence that Viking and medieval eras had on today's books, movies, fashion and architecture.
St Michael's Tower
This late 17th century viewing tower has been newly-renovated to give you spectacular views of the city. With a 96-step climb to the top, you'll learn about the history of this tower and the surrounding parish in a new exhibition at the tower base.
