Mystery Clearance deal Terms and Conditions
Customers must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By buying this product you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
To receive one of these products, you must purchase the deal titled Mystery clearance deal. You will need to click buy and complete the transaction. You will need an account to purchase this deal. Please note; this deal will run across multiple websites. The number of items stated below are the number of items available across all websites.
The Deal will start at 00:01 on Friday 25th November 2022, and will close at 23:59 on Sunday 4th December 2022, or until the deal sells out. All times are GMT.
Each customer will have their item selected in a random draw, such draw will take place on Tuesday 6th December 2022. Your gift/item will be delivered by the 10th December 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, due to the random nature of the draw, if the deal does not sell out and fewer than 3681 customers purchase the deal, there is no guarantee as to which items will be assigned to customers. We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to substitute any item with a similar item of equal value.
For example, if 16 customers purchase the €14.99 option, 1 customer may receive a Nintendo Switch, and 15 customers may receive Top Trumps Harry Potter Wizards & Witches Tin.
Customers may receive multiples of the same product if they purchase multiples of the deal.

Option 1
You may cancel this contract at any time up to fourteen days from the day after the day you receive the product(s) in accordance with the paragraph below and provided you have not taken the product(s) out of their packaging. In this case, you will receive a full refund of £10. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by us of the product(s), or (if earlier) the day on which you supply us with evidence of having sent the product(s) back and by the same method originally used by you to pay for your product(s) unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
To exercise the right to cancel this contract, you must inform us in writing by email to enquiries@wowcher.co.uk of your decision to cancel by a clear statement or you may use the below model cancellation form. You must also return the product to us immediately to the address set out in the Returns Information included in your delivery, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
