Treatment was poor, sister had to wait 10 mins, they forget about her, she was layed on a damp towel, and the treatment only lasted 10 minutes. We also reported it on the way out, but had no response. Disappointed as book for my sister as a treat.

Fantastic hotel and spa What a fantastic hotel and spa. Lovely staff, great decor, fantastic food. The lovely Kyra gave me a much needed deep tissue massage and loads of advice. The spa facilities and pool are the best (and I've stayed in many a spa hotel) Only complaint is it is too far from my home town - please open a sister venue in Hampshire! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Had a brilliant time, stayed overnight, very warm and welcoming in the lounge. Stayed in room 40 beautifully furnished, enjoyed the tv in the bath. Quick check in, nothing was a problem for the staff. Great gym was very well equipped. Used the spa really enjoyed the heated loungers in the relaxation room. Everywhere spotlessly clean, nice grounds superbly kept. Didn’t have dinner but the full English breakfast was lovely!

Perfect Stay!! Can't wait to return! We had the most amazing spa stay at Greenwoods for my sister's 40th birthday treat. The place is absolutely stunning! Our room was fantastic - so comfortable, great size, super comfy bed and the shower was definitely powerful! The staff were polite and attentive. Spa was beautiful and relaxing. Drinks are a very reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious and piping hot. I cannot fault one thing. We will be returning for sure!!

Relaxed and wonderful ! I have just returned from a 2 night spa break. We had a great time . Staff were very friendly and working hard to give you a great service . Breakfast and dinner was tasty … Nothing was too much ..
