Stayed here valentines day with my husband, was very last minute and literally booked that day, Becky on reception was amazing and goes above and beyond, very friendly and will do all she can for you, Mark in the restaurant also amazing along with his team of waiters and waitresses, very attentive and friendly. The bar staff are also very kind, friendly and approachable. Rooms are really nice clean and well presented, bes was supwr cumfortable too. Absolutely fantastic one night stay. The place itself is abit out of the way but set in Absolutely beautiful grounds with a 9 and 18 hole golf course if thats your thing (it is my husbands thing). But there are places within driving distance should you so wish.

Stayed for a night just to beat the January blues. What a great choice, lovely large room that was spotless. Fantastic views from the window. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The steak I had for dinner was perfect. Excellent selection of drinks and excellent service. Lovely comfy bed made sure of a great night's sleep, then a fabulous cooked breakfast the following morning sent us happily on our way. I'd definitely stay here again, I think the summer would be lovely to better explore the grounds.

Stay with friends and family.. Beautiful room with gorgeous ensuite. We met up downstairs in the bar and had a couple if drinks and a comfortable chat. We looked around this beautiful old house, it was so majestic, lovely decor, interested and informative staff, lovely orangery so much going on. Would definitely go again and recommend others to try it..
