The hotel isn’t the prettiest from the outside, in the middle of a housing estate but very nice inside. Excellent spa facilities and the staff were extra nice good location beautiful national park nearby very good value for money.

The staff was really attentive and friendly however the food was not good. Breakfast could be improved by offering more choice for those who don't want a cooked breakfast. The dinner was awful. I had a steak which waa extremely grisly and too chewy and clearly had not given it enough time to rest. I was 15 mins late for my table so I was not allowed to eat there only in the bar area which ruined my experience. The spa area did not have enough sunbed chairs around which forced me to sit on a normal chair which wasn't the relaxing space I imagined. Finally my room was cold forcing me to ask for an additional quiĺt as you were unable to control the central heating in the room.

The leisure center was closed when we arrived, and no one informed us beforehand, which almost made our trip feel unworthy.
Even though we turned on the heater, the room remained a bit cold.
Both the room and the corridor smelled like someone had been smoking, and I even called the concierge to report it.

Never a 4 star Hotel . The window cills were covered in mould in our room . The breakfast very poor .
