  • May buy multiples as gifts.  
  • Must book by 12th Dec 2025.
  • Valid for stays on selected dates until 22nd Dec 2025.
  • Full week availability, €100 surcharge on Fri & Sat check ins.
  • Excludes 18th - 27th Apr; 2nd - 4th May; 10th May; 16th & 17th May; 24th & 25th May; 29th May - 1st Jun; 27th Jun - 3rd Sep; 19th - 27th Oct 2025.
  • Check in from 3pm to 5pm only, late check in charge €25 by prearrangement only (not available on arrival)
  • Check out by10am (late check out is available at €25 and is subject to availability)
  • Utilities charge on arrival €20 per night
  • Pets are welcome at €40 per pet - please arrange upon booking.
  • Please note that no towels are provided.
  • Security deposit on arrival €300 refundable on house clearance check.
  • Check in from 2pm to 5pm only; check-out by 10am.
  • No cancellations or changes once booked.
