Hotel exe Vienna as described in a relatively quiet location within easy reach of the wonderful city centre. The only criticism would be they could make better use of the bar and lounge area.

NH Wien Belvedere: Nice & clean, front desk people pleasant and efficient Conveniently located near Belvedere Palace, in walking distance to downtown (20min walk to Stephan's Platz). Nice & clean, front desk people pleasant and efficient. Clean rooms, nice bed and bath linen.Close municipal car park.

NH Wien Belvedere: Great weekend break We booked a family room for a weekend Christmas Market break in December 2023. The location was perfect - a short walk from Renweg station with great links to the airport. Close to trams into the city and a short walk to Belvedere Palace.

Hotel Exe Vienna: Awesome! I'd gladly come back here again! This hotel - bed and breakfast, was great! The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night, and food just like homemade. There was also a mini-bar in our room and prices were okay. We appreciated there was the free wi-fi connection.

Ad did not specify how headline savings were calculated or which London airport was used. It turned out that a significant supplement was payable for the privilege of departing from and arriving back into the same airport and also for flight times which made the most of the limited time in Vienna i e. morning out and afternoon back. Hotel itself was fine (although 4* was a bit ambitious) but its location was very inconvenient for the centre where the markets and other attractions were located - 1hr walk/tram/metro each way - with few facilities within an easy walk. The travel agent added no value so it would have been cheaper and more flexible to book directly and had a better choice of hotel location. Disappointed overall.

It isn't what it says on the tin (metaphor)
The advert gave a choice of two hotels plus a price for everything. We ended up paying an extra £138. The hotel was 3 star. We also got charged extra for the flights. I won't book another city break on Woucher.
The Fine Print
Price advertised is based on two people sharing, therefore two vouchers must be bought to qualify for the deal.
The voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase.
If not redeemed within 48 hours of purchase, the voucher will auto-redeem, and the customer will need to contact the holiday provider to complete the purchase. This does not impact the customer’s right to a change of mind refund within 14 days of purchase unless the holiday is booked.
Upon auto-redemption customer contact details are shared with the holiday provider.
All holidays purchased are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed once the voucher has auto redeemed.
Valid for selected flights only on the dates chosen by the purchaser; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
Hotels are subject to availability.
If purchasing as a gift, the holiday provider will offer travel dates within the purchasing price at the time of booking.
