Nice hotel, excellent restaurant and lovely pool area Nice hotel with friendly and very helpful front office staff, especially Lubica. The hotel’s Cloud restaurant has an excellent menu and food quality is top. “Our” waiter Filip who we always look forward to seeing is the best at his job and his excellent service makes our evenings in the restaurant very enjoyable. We look forward to coming back very soon to enjoy the restaurant and the swimming pool again.

MADE THE CORRECT DECISION TO STAY HERE Glad we stayed here even although we were a bit hesitatan as it was a bit out of town. Jan on reception provided all the information we needed. Busses left for airport, bus station, train station and old town from the closest junction. Staff in breakfasting room were very attentive and the breakfast was wonderful. Room was great. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Can't recommend this hotel more highly.

A great base for exploring a beautiful city. Fantastic stay in large, well equipped room with great shower. The spa was the perfect way to relax and massage was expert, soothing back and shoulders from the day walking around Old Town. Breakfast was of good quality, hot and plentiful. Filip in Cloud Restaurant deserves a mention as a knowledgeable and welcoming host whose service was attentive but unobtrusive. Thank you DoubleTree Bratislava for a great weekend.
