The Fine Print
- Vouchers are valid for redemption until 25th June 2023
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 25th Jun 2023.
- One voucher per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- No jumping off the outside platforms as it may be shallow in some areas and you could hurt yourself.
- No jumping off small slide.
- When climbing the iceberg, you must climb the white sides only. You may not climb the blue side.
- When sliding down the iceberg, use the yellow side, lean back, cross your arms and keep your feet together.
- No standing or jumping from the top of the iceberg and only one person is permitted at the top at any time.
- Do not enter the lifeguard tower unless there is lifeguard in the tower.
- Strictly no diving anywhere.
- Failure to abide by these rules may result in injury or removal from the waterpark.
- Socks must be worn on waterpark.
- Moderate level of swimming and fitness required.
- Children must be 8 years or older.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- Depths vary from 3' (1 meter) to 16' (5 meters).
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled slot.
- Wetsuits and Lifejackets provided. You can use your own wetsuit.
- Boat leaves pier on the hour every hour.
- Please bring proof of booking.
- Please bring a towel, sun cream and plastic bag to take home wet clothing.
- Nail extensions are permitted but may result in the loss of fingernails.
- Wetsuit booties are permitted but not mandatory.
- Management reserve the right to close any section of the waterpark in the interest of safety or for any other reason without notifying customers.
- Lifeguards must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from Water Park.
